My Star Story

My name is Fran Ochsner. I discovered my first astrology book at 9 years old on the bookmobile, a refurbished school bus library. My mother had already told us all of our sun signs, and I was already fascinated with astrology prior to finding the book. This was 1974 and I soon started casting astrology charts by hand using the ephemeris in the back of the book.

​When I was 24, I moved to Toronto, and I met a friend at work who was equally into astrology. For years, we’ve pored over charts, having discovered astrology software, especially focusing on synastry, as I have always been obsessed with LOVE!

​In the 2000s I discovered the whole sign house system and traditional astrology. All of a sudden, everything became so much clearer. I found YouTube videos including Lori Lothian, Chris Brennan and Helena Woods with whom I subsequently started to take courses. I learned the most from Lori due to her direct teaching style.

I started to apply the predictive techniques to friends and family and was blown away by the accuracy, predicting a pregnancy within a week of conception, a grandchild for my distant Australian cousin, and great career and financial success for a friend. I started to see love timing accurately through profection years, specific transits and eclipses!

​In 2023 when Pluto entered my 1st house of Aquarius and during my second Saturn return in my second house of earnings, I finally started to do paid readings. I learned that I was born with the asteroid Urania, which indicates astrologers, was in my sixth house of day activities and work. Astrology is the only thing I’ve done consistently throughout my whole life… having had many, many careers.
